Prices and product information shown now

Prices in the shop are estimates for the country shown, in that country's currency, and are marked as such. They are not offers to sell. Product descriptions come from the makers' listings and our own screening; they are checked again when a product is sampled, before orders open. If something looks wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

What the terms of sale will cover

• The contract: formed when we confirm your order by email, not when you pay.
• Price and payment: the price shown for your country at checkout, taken by a licensed payment provider.
• Delivery: the tier you chose, its stated window, and your rights if it is missed, as set out on the delivery and returns page.
• Returns, refunds and faulty goods, in line with the consumer law of your country, which these terms never reduce.
• Duties and taxes: shown before you pay; prepaid where the line allows.
• Complaints: help@plainroom.shop, answered within one working day, and your right to go to the consumer protection body in your country.

Using this site

You may browse and share links freely. Product photographs are the makers' own listing images or ours; do not reproduce them commercially. We may change the site, the range and these terms; a new version number and date will show at the top of this page.
